The plan has been laid. The time to act is now. For all of you who have asked how you could help us keep CatahoulaLife.com going, here is your opportunity to help.

I have never wanted to have a subscription based website. I think it would limit too many readers and the best thing we have going for our advertisers is the 2,500 plus page views we average on CatahoulaLife.com everyday.

But I knew going in advertising was not the answer – it would need help. So after much consideration, I have decided to let individuals sponsor Catahoula Life for $30 per year. In return we give you the most complete and comprehensive news and information in and around Catahoula Parish. The plan is to get better and faster with the kind of information you need and want.

If you can’t afford the $30, that’s fine, just keep on reading and enjoying CatahoulaLife.com. However, I have heard from at least several hundred of you how much you enjoy reading the stories and love the pictures that you would pay a subscription. Here is the next best thing.

Besides getting a website that hustles down the stories of you and your children or grandchildren or mothers and dads, we give late breaking info as soon as we get it. From obituaries the same day we get them to school closings within minutes, arrests and reports, plus late break scores and pictures to boot!

I am trying to make this the best and something all of you are very proud to be associated with and most of all enjoy – even when it gets a little corny.

Not only do you get all of this delivered to your computer everyday but for your $30 or more donation I will send you one of our exclusive t-shirts: I’m a Lifer. And from this page you can follow all our Lifers who truly want to be a part of something special.

Right now Micah and Mary at Gator Graphix will print our logo on any color t-shirt but we have in stock, printed and ready to go Pink, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, and Black in sizes adult small to XX-Large.

If you choose another color or larger size it may take up to four weeks for delivery if it has to be mailed.
